Welcome to the team! Our team of Max Independent Associates is one of the most progressive and talented field organizations ever assembled in our industry. In fact, it is interesting to note that the combined network marketing history of our team includes literally hundreds of years of industry experience, teams numbering into the hundreds of thousands, and combined earnings into the tens of millons of dollars!

This web site contains time proven strategies and action steps for your Max business that can push your income and lifestyle to levels that you never thought possible. If you follow this blueprint with urgency and persistence you will inevitably succeed in your Max business. As you begin your journey, here are some vital preliminary steps to complete:

  2. PLACE YOUR INITIAL ORDER - If you have not already done so, place your initial order for products and tools as well as your monthly Autoship order. Because there are multiple reasons for ordering a Diamond Pack, you should strongly consider it if you have the financial ability to do so.

  3. GET A DEDICATED MAX EMAIL ACCOUNT - These are free from Yahoo, Hotmail, Google, MSN, etc.! You will get a lot of business related emails, so please don't overload a personal account that you share with a spouse or family members.

  4. CRITICAL - - Many critical team communications are impossible outside of email! This is a multi-million dollar business, so please join our team email list and consistently check your email at least once a day!

  5. DETERMINE "WHY" YOU ARE DOING MAX - This is straight out of Napolean Hill's "Think and Grow Rich." Figure out in fine detail your "whys" for building your Max business and write them down! Whether it's to get a new house, new car, new boat, more time freedom, or to give more to your church, figure out what it is and get FIRED UP about it! Eat it, sleep it and breath it, and burn for it -- go walk in it, ride in it, take pictures of it, or visualize it until your Max business gets it for you!!

  6. WRITE OUT YOUR PROSPECT LIST - By far the most important prospects for your Max business are the people you already know, i.e. your "warm market." Consequently, you need to make an exhaustive, written list of literally everyone you know! Even though you may not approach everyone on your list about Max (for example your 7 year old cousin who lives in Algeria), doing this will produce many more legitimate prospects than not doing it. This is because "dumping your complete mental list onto paper" will force your subconscious memory to produce more names than you would have otherwise remembered.

    To do this, many associates prefer to use our team Prospect Sheets, but you may also use a yellow pad, day planner, contact manager, etc. Regardless of what method you use, try to write down at least 30 - 100 names being careful not to prejudge who will do the business and who will not. However, to give you the best chance of putting your team into momentum, you do want prioritize the order in which you contact people. You do this by asking yourself who on your list:

    • Knows a Lot of People?
    • Has High Credibilty or Influence With Those People?
    • Is Dissatisfied With Their Finances or Lifestyle?
    • Is Very Competitive & Loves A Challenge?
    • Has Previous Network Marketing Success?
    • Has At Least $700 - 800 To Start a Business?
    • Lives Within Driving Distance of an Upcoming Max Business Presentation? (see Max International's Calendar for locations).

    For each factor that applies, put a "star" by that name and then urgently start contacting the people with the greatest number of stars first (especially your 5-7 Star prospects) according to the "Action Steps" in this web site. As time allows, be sure to eventually contact everyone on your list.

    And finally, because of the struggling economic situation that the world finds itself in, the number and caliber of talented, accomplished, successful people that are prospects for your Max business is unprecedented! Said another way, essentially there is no one you know who is too successful, too busy or that earns too much for you to approach them about Max! Consequently, now is the time to "recruit up" more than ever, and here is a 10 minute video by a personal friend (I have known Eric Worre for close to 20 years) that illustrates this very point:

     

  7. LEARN TO PERPETUALLY PROSPECT - Although working your "warm market" always gets absolute priority, learning to "perpetually prospect" can also really acclerate your business. This means that you are constantly on the lookout for people to share our business and product with. Speak up at "opportune moments." Ask leading questions such as "what do you do?" and "I bet you love that?" or "I bet you LOVE working here!" When they respond negatively ask if they are open to looking at a potential solution? If they are, get their contact info and say you'll get back to them later without answering a lot of questions! For more information on this subject order Michael Durkin's "Double Your Contacts."

  8. LEARN TO EMPLOY YOURSELF - Not being able to "be your own boss" or "employ yourself" is most likely the #1 obstacle to success in this business, especially if you have never been self-employed! Particularly if this is you, you owe it to yourself to learn this invaluable skill!


  9. PLUG IN!!! - This is perhaps the most important single thing you must do to succeed in your business! Just like a cell phone, you need to constantly re-charge yourself by "plugging in" to a Max "power source." Even the top income earners have to do this - - they go "up and down" just like a cell phone. Further, they know that their most effective recruiting and selling is done on a full battery - - which means that they go on "activity blitzes" right after a "re-charging event."

    A few examples of some very effective re-charging events are:

    • Going on a team "fly in"
    • Getting on a Business Overview conference call (hopefully with a guest)
    • Attending a hot Business Presentation (hopefully with a guest)

    There are also spontaneous re-charging events like positive phone calls from your up or downline -- when you feel a natural boost in your enthusiasm and attitude, capitalize on it by going on an activity blitz (i.e. strike while the iron is hot!)!

    Further, it is virtually impossible to build a large team unless it is also plugged in. This is because building a large team requires training, motivating, focusing, communicating with, and leading hundreds or thousands of people, and this simply cannot be done outside of a group system or "infrastructure!" The most important point so far is this - - as a general rule, your team only "plugs in" to the extent that you do! Consequently, it is critically important that YOU, as the leader of your team, plug-in to our team events or (see Max International's Calendar for locations). .

  10. KNOW & UTILIZE YOUR UPLINE SUPPORT TEAM!!! - One of the objectives of your business is NOT to try to build it by yourself! One of the great strengths of network marketing is that you have an "upline support team," which is a team of successful people "upstream" or upline from you has a financial incentive to help you succeed! You need to find out who these people are and then utilize them in building your business.
